Construction in Fremont

On August 31, 2011, the Department of Veterans Affairs officially completed the acquisition and closed on a 9-acre parcel in the city of Fremont. The site is located on Auto Mall Parkway between Interstate 680 and 880, and will eventually be home to a new 80,000 sq.ft. outpatient clinic (see below).

Over the next two years, VA will complete design for the new 9-acre campus, the building and site infrastructure
Total project cost is estimated at $368M.

Technology Court Site: Land is located at Auto Mall Parkway in close proximity to HWY 880 and 680 in Fremont, CA.

Existing CBOC:
VAPAHCS has opened a new 10,000 sq. ft. Community Based Outpatient Center (CBOC) in Fremont, California
The Fremont CBOC is located at 39199 Liberty Street, Fremont, CA 94538
The Fremont CBOC offers primary care and mental health services
The new clinic opened on February 10, 2010
