Construction in Fremont

New 80,000 sq. ft. Outpatient Clinic

As part of the Livermore Realignment initiative, expanded clinical services will be offered for Veterans in Fremont, CA. The existing 9,000-square-foot Fremont CBOC will be replaced with a new clinic that will be built on an 8-acre parcel of land purchased by the VA in 2011. The new CBOC will significantly expand clinical service offerings in Alameda County, including audiology and speech pathology, eye clinic services, and physical and occupational therapy. The exterior landscaping will promote an environment of healing and community collaboration for patients.

  • Cost: Estimated at $368 million
