Welcome to the Ophthalmology Surgery Service at the VA Palo Alto Health Care System. Our service is made up of eye physicians and surgeons, registered nurses, licensed vocational nurses, health technicians, surgical coordinators, and administrative staff. It is a privilege for us to provide the nation’s Veterans with the most current and up to date practices in Ophthalmology surgery. We see patients in Palo Alto, Monterey, and Livermore.

What We Do

Ophthalmologists at the VA Palo Alto Health Care System specialize in diagnosis and treatment of complex eye problems and those that require surgery. These include Anti-VEGF Treatment for Wet Age-related Macular Degeneration, Cataract Surgery, Diabetic Retinopathy, Other Retinal and Corneal Disease, and Glaucoma.
